With over 20 years personal experience in sports and dance and 15 years in the Corporate world, I have a good understanding of the unique strains these daily activities can put on the body. Using a variety of techniques including remedial, myofascial release, and pressure point I can help your body release the tension caused by these activities and other daily habits that impede your enjoyment of everyday living.
