From time to time we may contact you with special offers from pure wellbeing. We will never share your data with 3rd parties for commercial use. Your privacy is important to us and is protected under the Health Records and Information Privacy Act 2002 (HRIP Act).

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 24 hours cancellation is required, otherwise the full payment amount will be applied. Credit card details are required at time of booking to secure your appointment.

Our therapists reserve the right to cancel treatment with any client who displays rude, abusive or aggressive behaviour.

Our therapists also reserve the right to cancel treatments if it is deemed unsafe for the client or if the client does not disclose full health background.
